The Client Web Portal:
- Enables end-clients, intermediaries and client relationship managers to view information both graphically and textually with capabilities to drill down.
- Includes a workflow engine which uses rules to determine the routing of client requests, approval processes and straight through processing for direct transfer to the TrustQuay 5Series Trust, Corporate Services and Fund Administration Software.
- Supports the publication of documents to clients and intermediaries, e.g. statements, advices, letters, forms, valuations, and contract notes.
- Automatically sends non-confidential e-mails to clients as notification of web activity, e.g. “Your Valuation has been produced, login to website to view”.
