Microgen Financial Systems (“MFS”) Direct Marketing and Lead Generation Policy

In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR (Lawfulness of Processing), MFS carefully balances our business interests against those of the potential recipient of our direct marketing communications to establish whether there is a legitimate business interest before storing and processing a limited amount of personal data for the purpose of conducting lead generation activities. In particular, our highly focused direct marketing concentrates on contacting companies in the trust administration, fund administration and corporate services sector to establish whether our software will be beneficial to them by improving efficiency and reducing costs. More specifically we target individuals within those companies who are decision-makers, influencers or potential users of our software.

We store and process the personal information of those individuals in a secure system and and at any point, those individuals can opt-out of receiving further communications from MFS and request their personal information be removed from MFS systems.
