Business Rules Engine
Microgen Aptitude encompasses a fully featured business rules engine, designed to support applications that have a high complexity or volume of transactions.
As with all aspects of Microgen Aptitude, business rules are written using a graphical interface that business users and subject matter experts find intuitive and easy to understand.
Microgen Aptitude business rules can be used directly within business processes, data flows, and web applications, or can be exposed as web services for consumption within a broader Service Orientated Architecture (SOA).
Embedding the business rules engine within the application platform provides significant performance gains over just an integrated tools environment.
